Appointments and Scheduling

• You agree to be on time and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in a missed appointment fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Fees and Payments

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance where applicable.
• You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage, including co-pays and deductibles.

If your insurance does not cover services, you are responsible for the full payment amount.

Cancellation Policy
